We strive to provide exceptional service and flexibility to our clients. Please be advised that you will need to follow the standard cancellation and refund policy for each travel vendor that you have a booking with (see below "Vendor-Specific Cancellation Policies). However our cancellation and refund policy is as follows for Collins Travel and Tours "Let's Go Travel Bus tours:
Cancellation Policy for Collins Travel and Tours "Let's Go Travel" bus tours
24-Hour Grace Period: If you need to cancel your booking, you may do so within 24 hours of booking your bus tour for a full refund, no questions asked.
48 Hours Before Service: Cancellations made at least 30 days before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable deposits made on a trip.
Less Than 48 Hours: For cancellations made less than 30 days before the scheduled service date, a partial refund of 50% will be issued to cover costs for holding your seat on the bus. You may also select an individual to take your place and transfer your trip instead.
Vendor-Specific Cancellation Policies:
Airlines, Hotels, and Vacation Packages: Please note that airlines, hotels, and vacation package providers have their own cancellation and refund policies. These policies may vary and are beyond our control. We advise you to review and understand these policies before making a booking.
Adherence to Vendor Policies: When booking through us, you agree to abide by the cancellation and refund policies set forth by the respective travel vendors. Any refunds or changes to bookings with these vendors will be subject to their terms and conditions.
Assistance with Vendor Cancellations: If you need assistance with canceling or changing bookings with airlines, hotels, or other travel vendors, our customer support team is here to help. However, please be aware that we must adhere to the policies set by these vendors.
Refund Policy:
Full Refund: Full refunds are available for cancellations made within the specified timeframes above.
Partial Refund: Partial refunds may be granted at our discretion for late cancellations or unforeseen circumstances. Please contact our customer service team to discuss your situation.
Non-Refundable Items: Certain services or products may be non-refundable, and these will be clearly indicated at the time of purchase.
